Women's jeans in Washed Gray, washed-look wide silhouette, made from 100% cotton (17 oz). The wide fit is defined by a full, straight volume that falls from the hip to the hem. Full-color graphic print on the front and back, worked with an internal seam construction that reinforces the structure of the leg. Developed with pockets, a front zip and branded hardware, exclusive woven labels and signature brand trims.

ACID WASH — ARTISANAL DYE

The acid wash process creates irregular tones and mottling, so no two garments are ever alike. The color softens with each wash until it settles into its final tone — a natural part of the finish.

CARE

Always wash separately. Dissolve the detergent in water before adding the garment and avoid direct contact between the soap and the fabric; powder detergent is recommended. If washing by hand, do it gently without rubbing and rinse thoroughly until all soap is removed before drying. Do not soak. Do not apply perfumes or fragrances directly onto the garment.

CHANGES & RETURNS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You may withdraw from your purchase within five (5) business days of delivery, in accordance with Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011. Email digital@undergoldapparel.com with the reason for your return and we will send you the next steps.

Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Withdrawal applies to refunds only, not exchanges.
Refunds are issued within thirty (30) days of receiving the returned item, after a quality check of approximately five (5) business days.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be requested within thirty (30) days of delivery by email or WhatsApp. A shipping receipt signed by the customer is required as proof of delivery date.

Exchanges are made for the amount actually paid, for a different size or color, store credit, or a full refund.
Underwear, bodysuits, catsuits, and swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned.
Items must be returned new, with tags and original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer; please contact us first to receive your shipping label.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. They include a thirty (30) day warranty and remain eligible for the right of withdrawal if unused, with no stains or odors.

WARRANTY

All garments carry a three (3) month warranty from delivery. Claims can be submitted within ninety (90) days by email or WhatsApp, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our quality team responds within eight (8) business days and will repair or replace the item.

WRONG ITEMS

If you receive the wrong item, send photos and your order number to digital@undergoldapparel.com within two (2) business days of delivery. We will arrange pickup and ship the correct product.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled in full or in part before shipping by writing to digital@undergoldapparel.com, with a full refund within twenty (20) business days. Shipped orders are processed as returns, and shipping or tax costs for international orders may be deducted.

Products bought from authorized resellers follow the reseller's warranty policy.
