End of Season Sale – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions set forth the provisions applicable across all of our commercial channels for products offered during the End of Season Sale, which are sold at a discounted price from their original retail price.
1. Products purchased during the End of Season Sale are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds, in accordance with the policies established for this campaign, except in cases of logistical errors or shipment of incorrect products.
2. All products purchased during the End of Season Sale 2026 include a thirty (30) calendar-day warranty, applicable exclusively to manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or handling that differs from the product’s recommended care instructions.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable: Pantyhose, Tops, Boxers, Socks, Bodysuits, Catsuits, and Swimwear.
3. End of Season Sale promotions will be available while supplies last or until the commercial activity ends, whichever occurs first.
4. During the End of Season Sale 2026 period, shipments may take between five (5) and seven (7) business days due to high order volumes and increased logistical demand. The company will make every reasonable effort to meet the estimated delivery times; however, additional delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, transportation restrictions, or courier congestion.
5. Discounts applied during the End of Season Sale are not cumulative with other promotions, benefits, coupons, or existing agreements.
6. During the End of Season Sale, Gift Card purchases are not eligible for discounts, promotions, or additional benefits. However, Gift Cards may be used as a payment method (redemption) to purchase discounted products during this event, in accordance with the conditions established by UNDERGOLD.
7. Due to the high volume of orders during the End of Season Sale period, order adjustments or issues may occur. If it is not possible to ship a specific item or the entire order, UNDERGOLD will issue a refund for the corresponding amount within a maximum of thirty (30) business days, using the same account or payment method used for the original transaction.
Black Friday Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions establish the provisions applicable across all our sales channels for the products offered during the Black Friday 2025 season, which feature a discount on their original retail price.
1. Products purchased during the Black Friday 2025 season are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds, in accordance with the policies established for this campaign.
2. All products purchased during the Black Friday 2025 season include a thirty (30) calendar-day warranty, applicable exclusively to manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, natural wear and tear, or any handling different from that recommended in the product care instructions. For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned: Panties, Tops, Boxers, Socks, Bodysuits, Catsuits, and Swimwear.
3. Black Friday promotions will be available while supplies last or until the commercial activity ends, whichever occurs first.
4. During the Black Friday 2025 season, shipping may take between seven (7) and ten (10) business days due to the high volume of orders and the logistical demand typical of this period. The company will make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times; however, additional delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, transportation restrictions, or increased congestion within courier companies.
5. The STARDUST and SANTA UNIÓN collections are not eligible for discounts, promotions, or markdowns during the Black Friday 2025 season.
6. Discounts applied during the Black Friday 2025 season cannot be combined with other promotions, benefits, coupons, or existing agreements.
7. During the Black Friday 2025 season, exchanges for purchases made prior to the event will not be processed. Exchange procedures will resume on December 2, 2025, with an automatic extension of the established timeframes. This means that the company-approved periods will remain valid: thirty (30) days for exchanges and ninety (90) days for warranties on regular-priced products.
8. Due to the high volume of orders during the Black Friday 2025 season, some orders may require adjustments. In the event that a specific item or an entire order cannot be shipped, UNDERGOLD will issue a refund for the corresponding amount within a maximum of thirty (30) business days, using the same account or payment method used in the original transaction.
9. During the Black Friday 2025 discount period, our WhatsApp line will not process sales through this channel. The service will be available exclusively to provide
general information, customer support, assistance with inquiries, and details regarding service hours.
MYSTERY BOX Policies

Website discounts are not redeemable on the Mystery Box.

Delivery times may increase by 5 to 10 business days.

All products are subject to inventory availability.

Size exchanges will only be accepted for items included in the MYSTERY BOX GOLD FOR HER (subject to inventory availability). These exchanges must be requested exclusively through our WhatsApp line.

Items received as complementary products, being personal use or intimate goods (briefs, socks, boxers, or swimsuits), cannot be exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

Products obtained through the MYSTERY BOX come with a 30-calendar-day warranty.

The MYSTERY BOX is available while supplies last, limited to 200 units exclusively through our website.

Refunds will only be issued under the terms of the Right of Withdrawal law set out in Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011. Refunds will be issued exclusively in cash and all items included in the MYSTERY BOX must be returned.
Discount Policy

Discounted products cannot be exchanged; all sales are final (including size, color, and style).

If applying the right of withdrawal, only refunds are issued—no exchanges for other items.

Due to high order volume during promotional periods, delivery times may increase by 5 to 10 business days.

GIFT CARD
In accordance with Article 1.2, Article 3.1.3, and Article 23 of Law 1480 of 2011, consumers have the right to receive accurate, clear, complete, truthful, transparent, timely, sufficient, verifiable, understandable, precise, and appropriate information to make informed purchasing decisions.
Undergold Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The gift card is a bearer document representing the nominal value indicated on the card in Colombian pesos.

The value of the gift card is always equal to the amount shown on it.

The gift card can be used to purchase any product available in Undergold’s stores in Medellín and Bogotá.

If the total of the purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, the bearer must pay the difference. The card’s value cannot be redeemed for cash.

The card must be redeemed in full. Partial redemptions are not allowed and do not generate refunds or extend the validity of the card.

The card is a bearer document. The holder is solely responsible for its safekeeping. Undergold is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or misuse.

Gift cards are valid until 08/24. After this date, the card will expire, with the following consequences:

The issuer is released from any subsequent claim from the purchaser or cardholder.

The issuer is not required to reissue, replace, or refund the card’s value.

The card becomes non-redeemable.

Products purchased with a gift card are subject to the same return, exchange, and warranty policies as any other Undergold purchase. In case of a return, the credit will remain under the original purchaser’s name and cannot be transferred. Refunds will not be made in cash under any circumstances.

Gift cards obtained fraudulently are void. Cards will not be accepted if altered, manipulated, or containing handwritten information. The issuer reserves the right to verify proper use and may request the card’s return if terms are violated.

The gift card is for private use only and not intended for commercial, professional, or business purposes, unless otherwise authorized in writing by the issuer.
