THIS GARMENT HAS AN ACID WASH FINISH:

Acid Wash, artisanal wash. All dyeings are irregular, that is, no one is the same as another. It is a removable dyeing so as it is washed the surface base of the dyeing tends to fall until it normalizes.

CARE FOR ACID WASH GARMENTS:

If you are going to wash it in a washing machine, we recommend doing the first washes separately from other clothes to avoid staining them.

First fill the washing machine drum with water and then add the detergent so that it dissolves so that the contact is not direct with the garment. A powder detergent would be a better option. Avoid putting soap or detergent directly on the garment.

For hand washing: do not rub, wash gently and make sure the soap is completely removed before drying.

Do not leave the garment soaking.

Do not apply perfumes or fragrances directly to the garment.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (LEY DE RETRACTO):

UNDERGOLD offers its customers the option to withdraw from a purchase in accordance with Law 1480 of 2011, Article 47. According to the law, customers have five (5) business days after receiving the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.

You must send an email within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving the product to digital@undergoldapparel.com, stating the reason for the return.

Once the email is reviewed by UNDERGOLD, the customer will receive a response with the instructions to follow. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including all packaging and tags. When the product is received, it will undergo a quality control process, which takes approximately five (5) business days. Once the condition of the product is verified, the refund process will begin.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, as established by applicable regulations.

According to Colombian law, the right of withdrawal only allows for a money refund. The refund must be issued within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the product is returned.

To request a warranty claim for a purchase made at www.undergoldapparel.com, you have up to ninety (90) days from the delivery date of your order. Within this period, you must submit your warranty request through the following link.

A signed delivery receipt from the shipping carrier will be required as proof of the delivery date.

The return process is as follows:
(panties, bras, boxers, briefs, socks, bodysuits, swimwear) cannot be exchanged.

WARRANTIES

At UNDERGOLD, all garments have a three (3) month warranty from the date the product is received by the customer. After this period, no claims will be accepted for any reason.

In case of a warranty claim, our Quality Department will review the product and provide a response within eight (8) business days.

If the item can be repaired, we will proceed with the repair. Otherwise, it will be exchanged for a new product with the same characteristics in perfect condition.

To submit a warranty claim, please send your request to our email digital@undergoldapparel.com or via WhatsApp at +57 3114170336, available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

WRONG PRODUCTS

If you receive a product with different characteristics than those described on the website at the time of purchase, you may request a product exchange by following these steps:

Within two (2) business days of receiving the product, the customer must take photos clearly showing the error and send them along with the order number to digital@undergoldapparel.com.

Once the error is confirmed, the customer will receive a return shipping label for the incorrect product. UNDERGOLD will handle the pickup at the original delivery address. Once this process is complete, the correct product will be shipped to the customer.
